  • We provide specialized treatment for eating disorders, depression, and anxiety for teens and adults. Our programs include individual therapy, group support, nutrition counseling, and medical oversight. All treatment groups are led by mental health professionals.

  • We provide treatment for both teens (ages 12–17) and adult women. Our teen programs are inclusive and welcome individuals of all genders, while our adult programs are designed specifically for women.

    Both our Eating Disorder Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are co-ed, but age groups are specific:

    • Adolescent females ages 12–17

    • Adolescent males ages 12–17

    • Adult females age 18 and older

    At this time, we do not offer an eating disorder program for adult males.

  • No referral is required. You can contact us directly to schedule a complimentary assessment to determine which level of care best supports your needs.

  • We offer:

    • Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP): Structured therapy several hours a day, multiple days a week, while maintaining school or work commitments.

    • Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP): Comprehensive daily support for those needing a higher level of care.

    • Teen programs: Designed to fit the unique challenges of adolescence while balancing school schedules.

    Adult programs: Focused treatment for depression, anxiety, and eating disorders in a supportive therapeutic environment.

  • Your first step is a complimentary assessment with one of our licensed clinicians. This evaluation helps determine the level of care that best fits your needs.

  • We are located in Richland, Washington, and serve individuals from across Eastern Washington and nearby areas, including Yakima, Walla Walla, Hermiston, Umatilla, Kennewick, Pasco, and beyond.

  • Housing may be available and limited to availability.  If you need housing, please let us know during the time of the assessment.

  • All groups and programs are led by mental health therapists. Our team also includes experienced medical professionals and nutrition experts to provide whole-person care.

  • Both IOP and PHP programs combine evidence-based therapy, nutrition counseling, medical monitoring, and group support. The difference lies in intensity—PHP provides full-day support, while IOP allows more flexibility for work or school commitments.

  • Reaching out for an assessment does not mean you’re committing to treatment. It’s simply a chance to better understand where you’re at and what options may help you move forward.

  • Yes, we work with most major insurance providers. Our team can help verify your benefits and explain coverage options.

  • If you are in immediate crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also text 988. While we provide intensive treatment, we are not a crisis center.
