    Summary: The role acts as the first point of contact within Recovery and Wellness Center of Eastern Washington for the general public. This role also supports the needs of the facility staff and treatment teams.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Answering phones, greeting patients and guests

    • Oversee scheduling of assessments

    • Assist in communication between disciplines as indicated through phone, computer, verbal and written means

    • Oversee and coordinate patient daily admission and attendance records

    • Oversee collection of co-pay and insurance cards

    • Assist in orientation and directing of new patients

    • Input new patient information into the system

    • Order and maintain supplies

    • Update and replenish stock of program curriculum, orientation paperwork and admission paperwork

    • Organize and maintain file systems

    • Maintain organization of the reception, workrooms and other common areas

    • Onsite coordination for meetings, tours and room availability

    • Oversight of visitors entering the facility and completion of appropriate confidentiality paperwork

    • Complete administrative projects as directed by site staff

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: In order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.

    • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative setting (mental health/clinical preferred)

    • Advanced computer knowledge with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel

    • Up to date CPR/basic first aid certification

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

    • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance

    • Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery (copier, office supplies)

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position

About Recovery and Wellness:

Recovery and Wellness Center of Eastern Washington is the first treatment facility in the Tri-Cities that provides partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for the treatment of eating disorders.

We are the only treatment center with this level of care in a 250-mile radius. In addition to eating disorder programs, we provide some of the only intensive outpatient group therapy programs in the area for depression and anxiety. All programs utilize a therapeutic, evidence-based curriculum containing lessons that are cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy based.

Our experienced medical providers, licensed therapists, and registered dietitians partner with our patients to create an individualized treatment plan focused on recovery.
